HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(S)?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for your return, our customer service department works with the standards of replying to your email within 2 days (business days).
The customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send your purchase back without being in contact with our customer service.

Only items purchased directly from WeBe Co will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned item(s) must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received the item(s) and in their original packaging.

All refunds will have a fee of $5 USD per item.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEM(S)
Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ broken plastic foiling will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable item(s) include item(s) purchased through retailers, incorrect product purchased and damaged products through custom mishandling.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; we do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary or health and personal care item(s), such as underwear and swimwear. Also, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale item(s) cannot be refunded.

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. WeBe Co reserves the right to deny any return. For a full list of approved returns, please read further below in our Return Policy.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED?
Please contact our Customer Support team at swebecompany@gmail.com to start a return process. Please include the following information: 

- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the item(s).


HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we received your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective item(s), refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with further questions about when the credit will be posted back to your account. 

If you have not received a credit from your return yet, here is what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is posted in your account.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure that you provide us with the order number and the modification you would like to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that already have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.


SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the order and for the returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
